Not receiving password reset email on PAID account

I have a PAID account (not the login email address I am using here) and after I was billed the $588 for renewal, I can no longer log on. I am not getting password reset emails despite 8 tries over 3 days. They are NOT in the spam folder. Google GSuite hosts the email, as well as this account's email, and this account DOES get password reset emails. Since I can't sign in, I cannot contact Teamviewer support. Email support is no longer provided. So -- what do I do? I am going to call the sales support number on Monday as many times as it takes to get put in touch with support I guess. Unless you (TV) are able to provide support this way? I can't support my customers until this is fixed and this is making me look bad.
