A new "Buy Now" pop up displays when loading RemoteAccess that I can't get around to login to remote computer. Last night, the pop up was not there.
Thanks, Jean, for your reply. The problem seems to be resolved. I followed BuyNow, downloaded the free version, installed, connected to remote computer, rebooted remote computer and all seems resolved.
