Unattended remote access on Samsung tablet

Hi there,
I have a personal account and I am trying to remote access my disabled mom’s Samsung Tab A tablet running Android 10 without her needing to accept the request.
I can’t seem to get past the connection request denied error using the host app.
I read the thread relating to this question written by @Esther that suggested installing the Samsung add-on but the tablet won’t let me install.
Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue basically. The only thing that I would add is that I installed the Universal Add-On after the Samsung didn't install. Have you gotten any feedback on this?
