    That answer lacked a phone number, it lacked what to do when you submit a ticket...

    it only told you what not to do...

    I want to cancel my subscription. I've trying for sometime. The contact Indian number listed on the website doesn't exist. The toll number didn't get connected.

    Teamviewer has been deducting money every year without prior information. I don't remember opting for Auto renewal. I haven't used Team Viewer in ages.

    This is not very professional of a company like team viewer.

    Any help with regards to this is appreciated.

    I no longer work for the company that I needed the remote access for. I've been waiting to talk to a person for over 30 minutes...any ideas??

    Such a scam company. Same happened to me. It impossible to cancel their service and they want you to keep paying. No one answers the phone and you get no real responde of customer support. Stay away as far as possible of this company. Complete scam!

    I have requested a refund for teamviewer. I purchased a single subscription 2 days ago. I spoke to a chat agent and requested a refund and cancellation. They forwarded my request and created a ticket. I received a credit note via email and not a refund. The website says that I can get a refund within 7 days, so I don't understand why I have been sent a credit note, this is not a refund. I have no use for the credit note. I need a full refund. I will enquire with my bank to see if they can reverse the payment, but I would prefer if teamviewer refunded the money as requested. This is a scam, you have taken payment from me and not provided a service. I do not require a service, yet you are withholding my money.

  • how do i cancel auto-renew debt collectors are emailing my company for payment when I didn't even know we were on auto renewal. Our credit card has changed long time ago and I do not want to pay for something I haven't even been using.

    Completely agree, terrible service and impossible to cancel a subscription. Why do they have to messagings round with clients, they could have had a good run and just been fair, the bad press and reputation they are acquiring will bring the company down.

    Same here. What a horrible service. Can't find any contact info nothing. I tried to cancel my subscription 1 year ago and still they pulled money from PayPal.

    Why make it hard as it can?

    I tried calling for hours, no answer -- and no voicemail. I tried emailing, and there it is a no-reply email. I tried chatting, no one answers chat. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWAL! I put a block with my credit card company to block TeamViewer from auto-billing going forward.

    I think it is pretty slimy and scummy that it appears it is intentionally difficult for customers to leave when they are done with their contract.

    TeamViewer - I hope you're listening. You better cancel my subscription. This auto-renewal scheme seems like a class action for consumer deception and unfair business practices.

    I would like to cancel the contract which I was submitted last year [removed per Community Guidelines]. The contract will be renew in 17/6/2022.

    i want to cancel my purchase too.

    i paid yesterday , however, it is more than 15hr, i still didnt get any activate of my membership, at the same tiem the customer service is not working in weekned, i have to wait another 48 hour to call to ask for help … this is really fed up to this app and the company…

    I too want to cancel my subscriptik . I purchased it earlier but it keeps getting me error of session limit thus i want a fill refund. Email [removed per Community Guidelines]. its only been a few hours.

    I got a call from a representative of Teamviewer asking me about my renewal while I was overseas. I told her to call me back as I would like to reduce the number of license from my subscription. There was no callback and I got an invoice

    I submitted a ticket to ask them to allow me to reduce the number of license and I got answers from the support that this is not allowed unless we give them at least 28days before the expiry date of our current contract

    They told me they have no records of anyone calling and changing of subscription is not allowed.

    Gave me all their terms and rules

    I asked to speak to someone to explain but I only got standard answers from support.

    Has anyone faced the same issues as me?

    I have asked them to cancel the auto renewal.

    I want to cancel Team viewer also. I cannot activate it I have paid for 2 years and third payment is due. I cannot get a reply and I cannot cancel because I cannot produce a ticket because I never received the activation email.

    I have emailed so many times and I have been totally ignored What can I do?

    I have already paid for my license but still getting payment due notices to pay for another invoice, not sure why I am being asked to pay for 2 licenses to access a single remote laptop. I have also raised a support ticket but no response so far, my ticket number is [removed per Community Guidelines]. Could you please help me to cancel my other invoice ? Thanks.
