Remote Management on LAN Clients without internet connection (Firewall)

Hi,

The question put in layman terms is the one exposed.

After reading some documentation on TeamViewer(& Tensor), Corporate Licensing, the feature set and the whole gamut of functionalities it provides, the only question one arrives on incorporating TeamViewer on our organization network (LAN), is the single exemption of our client machines that have a Live User on our Firewall that is integrated w/ AD/LDAP, and those being a small subset of users that may not have access to the Internet as a Firewall Rule.

What limitation it may cause to the whole Remote Management implementation on the client connection?

    Hello @AMendes,

Thank you for showing interest in our products! ⭐

Remote Management works only via policies through our Management Console.

In a nutshell ➜ you need access to the internet. Remote Management is not usable in a LAN environment.

Hope this could answer your question!
