Need to know about the Chrome app

When accessing my home computer remotely, I am using a Charter connection. Suppose I go to login.teamviewer.com at 11pm. It will show in Charter's records that someone went to login.teamviewer.com at 11pm. Now suppose I go to the Team Viewer Chrome App page in Google's app store, which is already installed, and I click "launch app" to connect to my system at home. What exactly will show in Charter's records and will it show that someone used Teamviewer or other form of remote access?
