Thank you for your reply, For me, there is an issue: TeamViewer automatically renews from my personal credit card, without approval from our company or my side; moreover, we do not need to continue the same plan. How can I request to cancel the payment and receive a refund?
Now I lost my money, there was no notification from TeamViewer for a renewal reminder, which is not correct.
can you help on this.

As written in our subscription article:
For your convenience and to avoid service interruptions, your annual subscription will automatically renew every 12 months from your purchase date.
📌Note: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please submit a ticket at least 28 days before your renewal date.
