Remote PC linked to ipad

Hi, my shop's computer (which I'm linked to via team viewer) is also connected to an ipad via an app called thinstuff. It's a restaurant and the ipad is like a second terminal. However, when I'm remote linking to the restaurant via team viewer - it's linking to the ipad and not the primary PC. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I faced the same issue at my workplace. What worked for me was ensuring that TeamViewer is set to connect directly to the primary PC instead of the iPad terminal.

Here’s what I did:

1. On the shop's computer, make sure the iPad session via Thinstuff, is running in a separate virtual desktop or minimized.

2. In TeamViewer, use the "Remote Control" tab to manually select the PC by its unique ID, rather than relying on auto-detection.

3. If it still defaults to the iPad, try adjusting the priority in the Thinstuff app to ensure the primary PC session takes precedence over the iPad terminal.
