We have verified no issues on our end sending any password reset emails; could you please attempt to request a password reset once more?
You may need to add the TeamViewer domain to your list of safe senders, should the issue persist.
Just now i do two another attempts.
Firewall is turned off, and still any emails from Teamviewer in any folder (including "SPAM"-folder)
