Fraudulent Purchase and Collections Notice

My credit card information was stolen and used to make a fradulent purchase of TeamViewer software. The credit card company investigated the fraud and reimbursed the money to my account.

I received a Second Payment Reminder in the mail regarding an overdue payment. I did not purchase this software. Please let me know how this will be resolved.
