My wife did commercial use by accident - we contacted support didn't hear anything so we uninstalled and re installed - support then came back and said they have switched us to personal but with an old ID
We have since gone back twice and had two replies saying they have switched us to personal but it's every time with the wrong ID - the ID on my TeamViewer is different and I've told them that - any suggestions please as it feels like I'm going round in circles
Once our support gets back to you and confirms that you have been set back to private use, it should be working again. 👍
