License activation

When I try to activate the license it says

"Unable to activate your license - try again later"

Thank you for your message. 🙌

It could be that you already have activated your license. This would explain this error message.

To verify if you already have activated your license on your account, you need to:

  • Open TeamViewer
  • Log in to your TeamViewer account:

    How to log in.gif

  • Go to Help → About TeamViewer

If it is stated: Free → your license is not activated
If it is stated: Business (or Remote Access, Premium, Corporate or Tensor) → your license is activated.
