We have a paid version of TeamViewer but as of today I am unable to remote access any of my computers and instead get the error message:
Either your license or your parner's license is blocked.
Upon logging into the TeamViewer Website, my account is show as "Free" and not "Business".
Can anyone please help?

Have spoken to TeamViewer support via telephone and they are looking into the issue.
Account had been flagged for non-payment so I am providing proof of payment.
