No Activation Email - Account not Upgraded after Purchase

Purchased Teamviewer annual subscription through my company on July 29 2020, but my account has yet to be upgraded and I have received no email for activation.  Coming up on a week almost, not sure where to file a ticket or whom to contact.  Please advise.
