Initial connection brings black screen and screen doesn't refresh when prompts or UAC. Only resolution is to manually change the control quality a couple times back and forth. Then the screen refreshes and everything works again.

Two new HP mini prodesk/elite desks Gen4 with Radeon cards AMD fresh installs of Teamviewer 15 matching on both sides. Updated video drivers and reinstalled Teamviewer multiple times. These are the only PCs having this weird issue.
