Hi,
Is there someway to "bulk remove" serveral computers from the Team Viewer Management Console? it's tedious to remove many computers by hand as for now...
Hi All!
This is currently in as a feature request. (Bulk select for actions)
However, unfortunately placing the items in a group and then deleting is not currently doable as groups that contain items cannot be deleted.
I know this is not ideal, but this is the best work around I have:
One of our supporters has also posted a powershell script that will allow you to delete groups if you would prefer. You can find this in our Knowledge Base here
I apologise, I know this is a long way around and I have added your votes to this feature request as well.

Hi SuperDOS,
I do not know if this is the correct answer, but you might try (i suggest you try on a small set of devices).
Create a dummy group;Select multiple devices;Use the button to move items to the dummy group;Delete the dummy group.
Repeat: I do not know if this is the correct answer, but this operation has been requested some times in ideas site, and marked as implemented (??)
Regards
Trying to remove the dummy group gives an error saying. Please remove computers from the group.
Hi mallen,
I am sorry you are having trouble.
The solution does work as confirmed by other users above although it is the long way around.
Note that I did not say to delete a group as this does not work. I said to create a new account, then a new group in that account, share and move the devices, then delete the new account - not the group.
In this case, it is not a case of the length of time users have been asking. It's about security. If bulk delete was possible, development is worried that one rogue agent or one mistake could easily wipe an entire contacts list.
This is in as a feature request. And yes, there is also talks of better methods for stopping accidental or malicious deletion but please understand this is not simply a case of adding the feature or the number of times or duration you have been asking.
The easiest way to make sure you don't have someone by mistake removing a bulk of users/computer is using MFA to elevate this type of execution.
What is MFA :P ?

Thank you !
as of today this does not work in corporate web console

open each computers property and delete that computer from your list
January 2021.
Still waiting...
Looks like this thread might become a job application post...
+1
I have more than 200 contacts in one group and I would like to see an option to remove them from my account easily. I just stopped to provide IT services for one of my clients and I want to remove its computers from my list due to security reasons and the clarity of the situation. It's not some extraordinary situation in the IT business.
2021 and still waiting 🤣
Almost the end of 2021, no bulk delete, no column showing the last time the machine checked in...This will be a long process.
5 years on, how is this still not a feature?
Whats the status on this point? So far I haven't been able to find the option to bulk remove computers. If I have to select them one by one and delete them that way I will take me forever.
Hi all,
I'm happy to announce that we just released a feature allowing you to delete devices in bulk.
You'll find how to proceed here: 📄 Delete Devices in bulk
I wish you all a great day,

Well, they giveth and they taketh away.
The ability to select multiple devices and then delete them all was given to us (finally) and it works…
but, apparently only in the 'old' groups. The 'new' style group the delete button is not present. Only the individual delete option is there.
Can we get our delete button back ? We can delete multiple device in the old group types but not in the new groups. This is not an optional thing. As admins, we need this ability.
@JeanK Can you check with Dev and give us a timeframe on getting the delete button back?
Hi @bcatoe,
Thank you for reaching out!
You can only delete the new groups in the new interface.
You can access it by switching your client to the new one or via https://web.teamviewer.com/.
To delete a group in the new interface:
So far, there are no plans to develop a delete button in the Management Console for the new groups.
I hope this helped!
ok, so if we want to remove multiple devices, we need to create a 'trash' group, tag the devices, use the group devices assistant to move them into the 'trash' group, then delete the group…which can only be done in the app (new interface) and not from the website.
ok, that works…at least there IS a way. It is clunky but not onerous. It is a shame that Teamviewer simply does not trust us Admins to be admins. These forums hounded Dev until they relented and gave us a delete button (as announced earlier in this thread) ..then they promptly redesigned the interface and took it away.
@JeanK , thank you for the info and the workaround solution.
