Unatteded Access

Hello

Is there a way to remove the show screen option? i have unatteded access set up but my problem is that users wonder off and dont click show scree, or they do it after before i can rrequest remote control, is there a way to set it up so i instantly see and take control? 

I have been through the Options but dont seem to see it.  out of intrest does unatteded access work with quick support as well?
