I am facing a problem with all connection to different computer from my teamviewer (ver 15.5.3). I started a session, initialized, grant control, but no video. I move mouse, and the remote computer is responding, but screen is not showed. I tried different resolution, best fit, screen refreshed, and nothing. It happened to all computer i connect. It seemed something wrong from my side.

You probably need to restart the TeamViewer Service on your computer. We explain how to proceed in this post right here: Re: No ID - No Password shown This will most probably fix your connection issue. 👍
