I have a business license, but have just tried to use the Chrome extension, and it says Free License, so I can't connect to any of my hosts for more than 5 minutes.
Also, when I try and open a support ticket for this, I enter my e-mail address in the box on this page - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/
And the page reloads in Ukranian language!! If I change it back to English, it puts me back to square one!?
first try to clear your browser cache. If not resolve take a look at this Knowledge base.
