Connected but cannot see partners desktop screen

Hi, I was trying to fix my brothers android device, connection was established but i couldnt see my brothers device desktop screen in remote control, I was only able to do the file transfer but I cannot see the device screen to work on install apps or do some setup on the device. I am using teamviewer for personal use. 

I really appreciate If someone can tell me what is wrong/how to fix the problem.

Can you kindly check the following requirements please:

  1. check the android device whether it is supported by TeamViewer - Supported manufacturers for remotely controlling Android devices 
  2. check the compability of desktop operating system and TeamViewer version - TeamViewer supported OS if you are using any desktop or laptop for remote connections
  3. If in any possiblity that you are using a MacOS device, please check more information on - https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-control-a-Mac-running-macOS-10-14-or-highe... 

If your device, operating system are not included in the list above, we are sorry to let you know that your connection would only work with limited functions.
