I have a few computers i can not connect to, it tells me i am blacklisted or not white listed

We don't have blacklist or whitelist on any of our computers.

 I have found I can’t remote control computers if I don’t see all 4 options (remote control – prompt for psw, remote control using password, presentation, video call).  i.e. only Remote control using password shows when i click on their Computer under Computers and Contacts.
