TeamViewer uninstaller opens a privileged browser window [Security Bug]

After uninstalling, TeamViewer will open a browser window to ask for why it was uninstalled.

Since this action is initiated (wrongly) from the UAC'd / elevated uninstaller process, it will run with full Admin user permissions putting the user's system at risk, especially if they continue to use the browser window, not realising that it is insecure.
