change licence according to my id

Hi 

  I have a problem over the teamviewer, installed on my parent's computer. They have installed teamviewer with the option commercial and no purchase license after

   Now the evualation period is over, how can i switch to a personnal installation . I have uninstall and install with personnal use , but no change i have the message that the trial period is finish
