upgrade 8 business to 15 premium but no avaiable license

I purchased an upgrade, however, the charge on my credit card occurred but I didn't even receive the license or invoice. And product support is a problem, the phone doesn't work, the email comes back unanswered. I believe that TEAMVIEWER is hampering the licensing process. Leading us to doubt the company's ideology.
