lubuntu guest cannot be controlled

Hi All,

I can't take control of my Lubuntu guest 18.04 amd64.

I can connect and see the desktop correctly, i can cat with the guest, but i can't take control of the remote. Mouse and keyboard seems not working. Below some infos about the linux guest:
