Connect multiple accounts on Team viewer host mobile

Hi,

I was wondering if it possible to connect multiple accounts to a teamviewer host on android. At this moment we are rolling out a range of mobile devices but our entire service desk would need to be able to access these devices unattended. Is a generic account that is being shared the only solution to this or can I assign the device to a group?
