I have just moved to a new computer, and my connections don't work. The old computer still connects, but there are some strange things about the new one.
• I can see the connections and even send them messages. The "remote control" and "presentation" options are not there, though.
• In Extras > Options, nearly all the options are greyed out.
• When I check the license it says "PaidLicense" instead of "Corporate".
Both versions are 14.5.5819, the version on the remote computer is fine, as I can still connect from my old device.

Did you download from Microsoft Store ?
What i will recommend is unistalling and download from here : https://www.teamviewer.com/en/products/teamviewer/

I reinstalled it, just to be sure, and it didn't help.
I installed it again, made sure that was selected, and it worked. I feel that I would have done that the first time, but it definitely worked this time.
