My TeamViewer 11 is unable to sign into the TeamViewer Server

So, starting this week I experienced a new issue with my Windows 10 PC. I have an old Licence of TeamViewer 11 sitting on it. It only tells me "Not ready. Please check your connection". In the past I only experienced this while connecting to a network with no internet. So, What can I do? I've uploaded the log as well.

Help me out? I'm not sure what could be causing this failure. TeamViewerQS is able to run just fine, but my TeamViewer 11 Desktop Application is just not working.

    Hello @FlaminPineapple

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

I recommend you to check your Windows 10 version, as TeamViewer 11 is only compatible with the following Windows 10 version:

    • Windows 10 v1507 (RTM)
    • Windows 10 v1607 (Anniversary Update)
    • Windows 10 v1703 (Creators Update)

...as stated in our article here: Which operating systems are supported?

As for troubleshooting advice, I would recommend you to reinstall TeamViewer 11 and also follow the tips of this article: Not ready. Please check your connection

I hope this could help. ?

If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here. ?

    Best regards

    Jean
