Your TeamViewer account has been locked. How to resolve this?

Hello teamviewer,

I love to use your softawre. It really helps when remoting my friend desktop. But, one of them got message "Your TeamViewer account has been locked". She tried to reset the password several time. Unluckily, it doesn't help. She still cannot login to her account.

How to resolve this matter?

Thank you for your post.

As the error message mentioned that Password reset is the solution to unlock the account.

Kindly use the option of forgot password or click on this link to reset the account password please.   Forgot password.png
