password help

I have a free TeamViewer account and have added both my desktop and notebook. I can access my notebook from the desktop but not the desktop from the notebook. It says I have an invalid password. The password for both is the same as my account password. Please help.

Thank you for your post.

Could you please check first if you have the same personal password on your desktop.

If this device is assigned to your TeamViewer account, you have the possibility to configure Grant Easy Access

If you signed in with your TeamViewer account, you could add the same personal password in your computer & contact list.

Please open the properties for your desktop device and enter the same password here:
