Buy a remote access but show free and can't activate

I have bought a remote access but after login, it show free and can't activate....

Please help...

According to this system, you have cancelled your license. Which is why it shows as a free version now.

I have bought 2 licenses, but after log in in TeamViewer I can't see the payed licensee. I see Free. I have as problem. Please help! **Personal information has been removed as per Community Guidelines**
