"Prompt for Confirmation" Missing

I have just installed the free version Teamviewer 14 on my partner's computer and when I went to check that all was well after I had added her as a new contact, I found that the only option I had for Remote Control was "using password". Other contacts I have have all three options. How do I get the "prompt for confirmation" option for my partner's computer.

This is an important option for her as she happens to be blind and her screen reading software locates a button easier than it reads a password.
