Cannot access TeamViewer
I am trying to help my elderly parents but each time they try and connect with me it says I need an upgraded account. I have the most up-to-date TeamViewer so I am confused. When I download it, each time the same thing happens saying that I don't have the most up to date app. Any suggestions?
