My old company had a Corporate account and somehow I beleive my personal email got linked to it. Now when I try to remote my sons computer, I get an error that my session has expired and I need to wait before logging in again. Can my personal email be unlinked?

Hi. I was using Team Viewer Buisness version and now switched to remote. I cannot activate remote license on the same mail (says I have subscription already). What should I do? License already bought and I cannot activate it ;/
