hi, we would like to have a quick way to see the ticket creation date and closing date. Is it possible to get, for example, "all tickets - view"? And where can I see the deleted tickets?
sign in on servicecamp is not always working. and when not signed in (system sometimes signs out...) and you click on the link to ticket in the email no sign in pop up appears. just the shaking headset logo.
When trying to add my own mailserver to Servicecamp, I get the following error: Incoming connection failed with the following error: LOGIN failed. Not connected. No email resource at: {outlook.office365.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX It was working before, now it has stoppped. Any ideas?

Hello, I found the option "To create Ticket´s via mail" but I can not disable these function. Every mail is going to be a Ticket or I get no mail. I want to decide which mail is a Ticket and which not. Is there a way?
