I cannot update the computer TEAM. It takes me to the journal where I cannot operate. Solution?
I have the free Teamviewer and have since v10. Now I am having fits because I am able to access my remote iMac but am unable to key in anything. The cursor is blinking but no entry. I have very little hair left as a result. I have tried all that I know but still no joy.
