my host device won't connect to the partner device. they both say ready to connect but when i push the connect button nothing happens. i even tried to go to the classic version and put the id in and the connect button never turned blue to connect. what am i doing wrong and how can i fix it?

This used to be easy but now teamview demands a password. Even the so called original version is now different. Is there a way to do this?
