I just want to set up a Vendor to connect to a server to install their software. I have a valid license for Team Viewer. I launch Team Viewer and send them the ID and Password. They can't connect. The Vendor gets a "Session code expired." even after regenerating the password.

since the software asked the migration of devices into the new platform i cant see my devices online anymore. Ive reached out to support TeamViewer and unfortunately there was no feedback. i must sy that i do not recommend this software at all, it doesnt work and there is no reliable support.
