I'm trying to connect from TeamViewer 14 (14.7.48671) to TeamViewer 14 Host(14.7.1965.0) and I'm getting a message Version out-of-date: Update the remote TeamViewer. I tried to downgrade the connecting TeamViewer to 13, 12, 11, but I'm still getting the same error. what should I do?
I cannot login to submit a help request, nor can I login to my remote computer. I was able to 2 weeks ago, then suddenly I couldn't authenticate, then I got a message saying I was violating the free license, then I submitted a review, now I'm back to just being unable to connect to my remote Mac. Any idea why that happens?
i recently downgraded to windows 10 from windows 11 and i redownloaded teamviewer to use with a friend but i found out my friend has 9 digits for their ID and i have 10 digits for my ID. Im having a difficult time trying to figure out what to do, if anyone could help out that would be great. Thanks guys
