Why do I have attached picture on the remote screen? I can not remove it.
How do I get this *bleep* new version of teamveiwer off my pc and go back to the old version? Or I need to cancel and got to **Third Party Product** ASAP… after 15 years of being here.
Every time I attempt to connect a session it says "The screen cannot capture at the moment. This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized remote desktop session". Any idea how to fix this?

Why did my session pwd change. I got the PC id and pwd from my office PC and tried to use it on my laptop from afar and it tells me the session is over and now its a new pwd. I thought once it gave me the pwd that it remains as long as the PC stays on. Is that not correct? Thanks oz
The new interface is so frustrating. The old one worked perfectly. Now I can't get the new one or the old one to work at all. Even the webpage, FAQs are extremely dense and impossible to get through. Used to absolutely love team view. Now it's extremely frustrating.
