Checked teamviewer windows download directly from teamviewer.com website on virustotal.com and got a Trojan.Swrort warning. So is this a false positive, or a real infection? Would like to have a response from members of teamviewer development team. Best regards

I am trying to set up a remote support session but Teamviewer does not provide a password. I have tried the refresh icon but the password is still blank.
Newest release… mouse cursor location changes when I try to click on something in the top 5% of the screen. It immediately changes to bottom of the screen. I have to drag windows down to close them. This only happens in full screen. This has been happening for approximately 2 months. Any updates?
