TeamViewer Tensor

cant install team viewer_setup_x64
need to stop previous version running
Tensor - computers grey but still online
In Teamviewer some of the computers listed as gray (like offline) are still online and can be accessed normally. Client computers rebooted, no change. Any ideas why?
