Cancelled order + re-charged with a higher amount without being notified
In error we purchased the single user business version of team viewer and payed via paypal,
That has since been cancelled by yourselves and re charged with a higher amount for some reason that we havnt been told about,
Can we please get the full refund as we dont require the business product we purchased earlier,
it hasnt been activated to any account as we realised we dont require it and after being charged again with a higher amount without being notified, we no longer wish to use this platform,
