Purchased a business license but account is still set as free
Hi,
My company purchased a business license but when I created and validated my account to sign up with my account from the activation link it is still showing as free. This is 2 days on now. I also can't find anywhere to actually open a support ticket.
Any help would be appreciated.

It works now. This is what happened.

It is unfortunate that it is this complicated to activate the license that I had to log into this forum and find someone with the exact same issue with a post 32minutes old.

There can be 2 possible reasons why your account is still showing as a free account:
- Your license is not activated on your TeamViewer account
- You are not logged in with your licensed account. Maybe you are connected with a different account that has no license activated?
