I don't need commercial licence any more, but application blocks connections and ask to pay invoice.

If your account is in good standing and you canceled your subscription with TeamViewer you probably will need to request a reset. The TeamViewer ID you're using is likely tagged as a commercial device, you'll need to request that to be changed. Details on suspected commercial use is outlined here and in that article there is a link to request a reset.
