License problem (trial expired with purchased license)

Hello,

I have a problem with my license. On the app it says that my trial expired, but actually I didn’t have any trial version but a purchased license …

It was working fine on July and stopped working when I was back from vacation on August.

Can you tell me how to fix it?

I tried this but the thing is that my license is a remote access license, so on the phone they say that I have no technical support included with it...

Hello,

I followed your instructions (For example I deleted the company profile as specified). But when I tried to re-activate the license from the email I received, I got this error:

"The license could not be activated. Please try again in a few minutes or contact our support."
