Error creating company for corporate license.
Hi there.
We have a comporate license. Access to the account has been passed my way for management/control.
Trying to get one of our users to join (as a trial) gets an error that the 'the given email address doesn't belong to a company'.
Logging in to the corporate account using the coporate emali address shows there's no company associated with it yet it's got the corporate license.
Trying to create a company so we can then add users and manage our license shows an error 'license is already activated on another company'.
Where would I find out which company has been granted access to our corporate license so I can ask them to retrn it to us?

Due to GDPR reasons, you will need to contact customer support directly to find out who is the admin of you company profile. Once you know it, you will need to check if your user account has the admin rights (if not, please grant them to you) and you will be able to add users to your company profile: Add users to your company profile
