Payment inpossible

Hi,
I tried to pay an invoice and always get a message "something went wrong, contact support"
Then i try to login to portal and it says "Your account is not connected to a license"
When i try to connect my invoice number to my account it says "your account is already connected with this invoice number"
No need to mention that no-one is answering the phone call
