When I try to activate the license it says

It could be that you already have activated your license. This would explain this error message.
To verify if you already have activated your license on your account, you need to:
If it is stated: Free → your license is not activatedIf it is stated: Business (or Remote Access, Premium, Corporate or Tensor) → your license is activated.
