Payment Made but still showing payment not done

I made the payment for he team viewer on 29th of september, 2020 itself but it is still showing payment not done but its debited from my side and I am unable to use team viewer now as its blocked.

If anyone has a solution or suffered from this problem and successfully resolved the issue pls help.

Depending on the bank you are registered with, it can take a few days until the payment reaches our account and therefore allows the unblocking of your license.

Could you please log out and in again, and check if it is working now?
